About the compound.
Thymosin Alpha-1 is a 28-amino-acid peptide first isolated from calf thymus by Goldstein in 1972. It is one of the most internationally studied immunomodulatory peptides — approved as Zadaxin in 35+ countries for chronic hepatitis B and adjunctive use in immunosuppressed populations. The Italian and Chinese literatures are particularly substantial.
