How do I order?
Browse the catalog, pick the vials you want, and check out. Payment is by Interac e-Transfer or crypto — instructions appear at checkout. Same-day confirmation during business hours.
How are compounds sold?
By the vial. No mandatory kits, no bulk-only minimums. Volume pricing is available for buyers ordering large quantities — contact us directly for a custom rate.
How do payments work?
We accept Interac e-Transfer and major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDC). No credit cards, no third-party checkout. Crypto pricing is locked at the order timestamp.
How fast do you respond?
Same-day during Canadian business hours (9am–6pm ET, Mon–Fri). Signal, Telegram, and WhatsApp usually inside the hour. Email tends to be 2–3 hours.

What's the test-or-refund guarantee?
Send a vial from any order to a reputable HPLC lab of your choice. If the lab's purity result comes back below the spec on the batch's published URL, we refund the lab fee plus the full original order. No questions, no fine print, no return shipment required. The point is simple: we'd rather absorb the cost when we're wrong than rely on you taking our word for it.
Which labs qualify?
Any third-party analytical lab that runs reverse-phase HPLC and provides a written report. Janoshik, Eurofins, MZ Biolabs, Catalent, Avomeen — pick whichever you trust. Send us the report and the receipt; we'll process the refund.
What does “research use only” mean, really?
Our compounds are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory investigation. They are not approved for diagnostic, therapeutic, or human-consumption use in any jurisdiction. Every order is confirmed against research-use intent before fulfillment.
How do I verify the vial I receive matches the published report?
Every vial is labeled with its batch ID. Visit /batch/[id] and you'll find the full chromatogram and production report on a permanent URL — dated and signed at production.
What's your typical purity threshold?
Every batch must clear 98% HPLC purity at production. Our actual production average across 2025–2026 batches is 99.1%.

Delivery & Storage
Where do you deliver?
Canada-wide retail. US and UK buyers are served through our wholesale channel — contact us directly for volume pricing and custom plans. We do not run an automated US or UK retail cart.
How does delivery work?
Lyophilized peptides are shelf-stable at room temperature, so orders go out at ambient temperature — no cold pack required. Vials are induction-sealed and protected from light in transit. Canadian delivery is typically 3–5 business days. Orders confirmed by 2pm ET go out the same day.
How should I store compounds?
Lyophilized peptides: refrigerate at 2–8°C for long-term storage; stable for 24+ months. Once reconstituted: refrigerate and use within 30 days. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light.

Pricing & Wholesale
Are listed prices final?
Listed prices are per vial in CAD at retail. We price at the Canadian market median — no premium for the brand name. For volume orders or US/UK wholesale, contact us for a custom rate.
Do you run promotional codes?
No. Pricing is flat. We don't run codes, flash sales, or audience discounts. The number on the page is the number you pay.
What's your replacement policy?
Lyophilized peptides are sensitive to chain-of-custody. We don't accept returns once an order has gone out, but we'll replace any vial damaged in transit or received with a broken induction seal.
